The General Management of CEA has established a quality system intended
to create confidence in the customer. This system follows the indications
of the ISO 9002. These establish the following Quality Policy and the
activities necessary for:
¡ö Being a Trust-worthy supplier, that delivers consistent quality
products according to the customer¡¯s expectations.
¡ö Working together with customers and suppliers in order to
obtain mutual benefits and satisfactions.
¡ö ffering technical assistance to Customers for the application
of our products .
¡ö The continue improvement of the quality, through the compliance,
training and participation of all our collaborators.
¡ö CEA is committed to use only raw materials that are included
in the established requirements during the processes and to liberate finished
products that fulfill the test provided in the specifications.
¡ö CEA has received the ISO 9002 Quality certification from
QCM of China. Its state of the art equipment in its factories ensures
quality-finished products. Rigid quality control is practiced at every
stage of the manufacturing process right from the selection of raw materials
to the dispatch of the end products.
¡ö Our quality Assurance Laboratory is equipped with modern testing facility such as Optical Emission Color Spectrometer to check Chemical composition of the Aluminium Alloy being cast and also our products pass all the way through the various Physical and Chemical tests before being consigned to the customer such as Hardness, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Chemical composition, Surface roughness etc.
¡ö Tensile testing Machine and various types of gauges are used to measure the material as per standards at various stages right from the Raw material to finished product and final packing. Apart from given equipments, our trained team of quality control department keeps constant watch over the process and system being carried out in the plant. Research and Development under guidance of technical experts is an on going process for continuous improvement of product.
¡ö Quality checks are strictly implemented and only quality material is passed with the help of micron testing gauge for each product. Latest chemical treatment technology and ongoing R&D is a special feature of anodizing Department for producing more attractive and decorative and quality product.
